All rights to go ahead with the event rest with TEI. TEI doesn’t have an obligation of any sort and is an independent site.

If the applicant cancels the event then the decision to provide the refund rests with TEI.

TEI doesn’t take responsibility of any damage, losses, injuries or casualties during an event. No claims will be provided.

Provision of video coverage and photography is provided only if the concerned authorities of the venue permit it. If the photography/video coverage is not allowed then the option to provide it stands void.

TEI follows the procedures mentioned in Hindu mythology. No claims about type of procedure followed will be entertained once the applicant confirms the procedure to be followed.

Any content uploaded/shared by the applicant/user should not be obscene, objectionable, and offensive. The uploaded/shared content shouldn’t involve any obligation of any kind or copyright issues. TEI doesn’t hold any responsibility about the content uploaded by the user.

All the information/ content provided by the applicant/user becomes TEI’s property and TEI holds the right to use it in any way it pleases to do so
The quality of the event depends on the responses and input provided by applicant/user somewhere we can use still photography (Depend on nature of event).
